WHOOSH! We’ve landed in a cold, dark winter in the early 1900s.
Look around… this place is pretty rough. People are hungry, cold, and don’t have anywhere warm to sleep. But just when things are looking sad — someone amazing shows up.
His name is William Bromham — and he’s not rich or famous. But he starts helping people! He gives out hot soup, dry socks, and beds for people with nowhere to go.
And when he gets older, his son Ivor does the same. They become legends around here. People say, “The Bromhams will help you.”
They’re not superheroes from a comic book. They’re real-life heroes with big hearts.
💬 STAMP IDEA: Draw a big bowl of soup or a pair of warm socks — a symbol of kindness!
Oh! And guess what? The building behind me — Matthew’s House — still does all those things today! Food, showers, kindness… It’s like the Bromhams are still here, helping through new people.
WHOOSH — let’s head off again! The next stop is all about fire, smoke, and a man who built a town with copper…
